Yes, I did say ‘back’ as each of the eight players has been on the main tour before.
There could only be 2 at the most of the 21 relegated pros who entered Q School, but there will be at least one as McLeod and O’Brien play each other.
No disrespect to any of these players, but I would think most who had a bet on qualification from Event 1 will have already lost their money.
After the finals, the players will get chance of a rest but Event 2 gets underway tomorrow. However, Andy Lee is the only unseeded player so if he doesn’t get through today, he will play at 7pm tomorrow.
