The handicaps at Breakers Snooker Club in Leicester are back this Sunday.
These are monthly events with a guaranteed prize fund of £250 subject to 16 entries for just £10 entry fee.
The dates for the Malcolm Thorne Handicap Series have been announced, first one being 29 January. The entry fee for this one will be £15 per event. There are eight events and the grand finals will be in December.
Also, new for this season, Breakers have announced a pro-am series starting on 5 February. Closing date for this one will be 29 January and subject to being 32 entries, the prize fund will be a minimum of £1000.
It’s great to see clubs like Breakers putting on quality events for amateurs of all levels.
