Waterlooville Sports Bar are to run a series of 6 Snooker Pro-Am events – The Southern Pro-Am Series – starting in October.
There is a Pro-Am there this weekend and priority entry will be offered to those taking part in the event.
Q School Places To Be Won!
Events 5 and 6 will carry a main prize of a paid-for place at Q School for the winners and an entry fee of £200 for the six events is a great way for players to show their commitment to the series.
This type of event will test players to the full and give them some idea as to their chances at Q School. To my mind, a much better way of gaining the experience before throwing away £1000 and 3 weeks of hotel bills at Q School.
