Launched in 2019 by the English Partnership for Snooker and Billiards (EPSB) with the backing of Sport England, the scheme has already seen over 100 new junior players across a range of age groups engage with snooker for the first time.
Having not taken place last year due to the global pandemic, the EPSB is delighted to have been able to organise a series of sessions at clubs for 2021, running from July to September.
All coaching sessions are led by a qualified WPBSA Snooker Coach and supported by two Young Leaders aged 14-16 who have been nominated by the club to help inspire younger players.
At a cost of just £1 per session, the junior clubs provide a fantastic introduction to the sport for any young aspiring player aged 6-16 and anyone interested is encouraged to contact the venues directly for more information.
