Day 8 of the World Snooker Championships Qualifiers

There were just 2 amateurs competing on day 8

Both amateurs lost their Round 3 matches yesterday

James Cahill continued a good run of form, but it wasn’t quite enough to get the better of Liam Highfield. Cahill lost in the decider after a re-rack which was was followed by a 98 break from Highfield.
