David Lilley was flying the flag for the amateurs yesterday, and did it well!
After the first frame went to Kurt Maflin, Lilley didn’t look back and took the next 6 frames to continue his quest for the Crucible.
Lilley also now joins another amateur, Michael White, in the top 4 of the one-year list which would also earn them a place on the main tour.
