No luck for Sanderson Lam or Dylan Emery today as they bow out to the Chinese duo of Cao Yupeng and Gao Yang respectively.

Daniels Wells and James Cahill on the other hand, had really good results against quality opposition. and both of them won the last 3 frames to advance to the next round.

Andrew Higginson will now have to go to Q School to retain his tour card whilst Mark Davies was already safe in the top 64.
