After receiving feedback from the players, Dave Lewis has made a few changes to the events.
Background to the events
These Pro-Am tournaments are top-quality events regularly involving professionals and top amateur players.
They give the amateurs a serious test of their ability and allow them to assess their chances of making it as a professional.
Some of the best venues around are used and Dave makes sure the tables are in tip-top condition with quality cloth and 1g balls as standard.
Only professionals in the top 32 excluded
Going forward, only the top 32 ranked tour professionals are excluded from the events and amateurs will be given a 14 start from players ranked 33 to 64.
The official WST Ranking at the time of entry will be used.

The Venues
Stratford Sports Club
Back-to-back weekends with £60 entry to each event. Players can enter one or both events as they choose.
The club has a dress code of polo shirt, trousers and shoes, which players will have to respect.
