ABC Snooker Exhibitions have made the following announcement:
“Following the governments guidelines on venues reopening from Monday May 17th 2021 at 50% capacity, Eastwood Hall is unable to hold the exhibition as planned.
As you know I have been looking for other venues to hold the exhibition on Friday 21st May 2021 but I have been unsuccessful.
Therefore the exhibition will be postponed to a later date. I have just got off the phone to Jason Francis of Snooker Legends and we are all committed to fulfil the exhibition.
DATE TO BE CONFIRMED.
Ticket holders have the following options available to them –
Option 1: Tickets remain valid for new date (Please note that as further information becomes available you will still have the opportunity to a refund once the new date is announced – PLEASE REFER TO T&C’S).
Option 2: Claim a full refund.
REFUNDS NEED TO BE CLAIMED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM SATURDAY 27TH MARCH 2021.
DEADLINE FOR REFUNDS 5PM SATURDAY 3RD APRIL 2021 (please refer to the T&C’s regarding refunds).
REFUNDS AFTER 5PM ON SATURDAY 2ND APRIL 2021 WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AND ALL TICKETS WILL MOVE TO OPTION 1.If you require a refund please check the Terms & Conditions.
