Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The government has announced that all “…places where people come together” should close. So, I have removed all future events from the SnookerHub calendar.

Some were scheduled to take place in a few month’s time but may have to be moved depending on the venues, organisers etc etc

I don’t want to have lots of “Postponed” events on the calendar. I will wait until we are more confident that they will actually take place before reinstating them.

Organisers – Please do keep in touch so that I can get your event on the calendar as soon as possible.

The government have said the closure of clubs etc will be reviewed on a monthly basis. Hopefully, the current restrictions will be relaxed very soon!

In the meantime if you are looking to keep fit at home, then have a look at these equipment ideas for any home gym.

Stay safe and thank you for your support in these very trying times.

If all goes to plan, many clubs in England hope to be open, although subject to strict conditions, on July 4 or 5.

Update: 09/06/2020

CrossGuns Snooker Club in Dublin are due to open on June 29th.

Update: 26/06/2020

After another day of uncertainty, snooker clubs, social clubs and the like, are still in the dark.

They know they can open on 4 July (in England) but it’s not clear if snooker tables and/or pool tables can be used.
