Scottish Snooker is the brand name for Caledonian Snooker Ltd which was formed in March 2010 , with massive player support, to take over the role as the Scottish Governing Body.
Scottish Snooker is accredited by Sportscotland
The organisation is managed by a board of 7 directors elected by the membership, and a management team appointed by the board to look after the day to day business.
Provisional plans to introduce junior development, coach education programme, coaching clinics and membership services etc. will all depend on filling management and community development positions with new volunteers to assist the current management team of 7 directors.

Scottish Snooker is in full membership of the following International bodies:-
The Home Internationals Billiards & Snooker Federation (HIBSF)
The European Billiards & Snooker Federation (EBSA)
The International Billiards & Snooker Federation (IBSF).
