Rodney Goggins was the winner of the first event of the 2019/20 season, the UK Seniors Championship 2019 Qualifier 1, which was held in Bruges, Belgium over the weekend of 22 and 23 June.
There were 33 entries to the event meaning a preliminary round of just the one match was needed, in which Hans Blankaert beat Ricky Sadhwani 3-0.

Day One saw the rounds of 32 and 16 completed with the last 8 going through to Sunday’s quarter finals.

In his first match of the new campaign, Michael Judge has set the standard for the highest break of the season with a run of 142.

The final was an all Irish affair with Rodney Goggins managing to beat Patrick Wallace 4-2 and earn his place at the UK Seniors Championship final in Hull in October.
