The Women’s World Snooker Tour is an official qualifying tour for the professional tour and Kenna has secured her place due to her ranking on the Women’s circuit.
The top 2 women on the rankings, Reanne Evans and Ng On Yee will be starting their second year on the main tour and the 3rd ranked woman Nutcharut Wongharuthai (aka Mink) will be joining them as the newly crowned Women’s World Snooker Champion.
This leaves Kenna as the top ranked woman without a tour place and secures her invite to join the main tour.
WWS through its development tour aims to increase participation in the sport among women and girls, remaining accessible for newcomers to the sport while also providing a pathway for elite talent to compete on the mixed gender World Snooker Tour and in high-level amateur competitions.
