Rebecca Kenna, ranked world number 3 and owner of Cue Sports Yorkshire, was recently invited to take part in the Hong Kong World Women’s Masters 2019.
Despite early scares in the group stages, Kenna rallied as the tournament progressed and came away with the trophy!

There were 16 invitees including the top five women in the world rankings:
Reanne Evans (1), Ng On Yee (2), Nutcharut Wongharuthai (4) and Laura Evans (5) being the other four.
The sixteen were split into 4 groups of 4 with the top 2 going through to the knockout stage. Kenna lost in her first match to the woman she would eventually face in the final, Bai Yulu, and had to rely on results going her way in the last match of the group.
The knockout stages saw Kenna come into her own, beating Nutcharut Wongharuthai and Wendy Jans on the way to the final.
SnookerHub is proud to have been able to help Rebecca in a small way and if anyone would like to sponsor her for the 2020 Women’s World Championships, then please do get in touch with her as soon as possible!
