Following the restructure of the Board of Directors of the English Partnership for Snooker and Billiards (EPSB) Mark Ball has been appointed as Player Director.

This is a new position and is very much welcomed as it will allow a direct line of communication between players and the board.

The announcement on the EPSB site says “Following the conclusion of a process which has seen expressions of interest welcomed from players meeting the minimum criteria, from a number of strong applications the Board has selected Mark Ball to fulfil this role subject to ratification from the membership.”
