EASB Premier Junior Tour – Event 5
March 25 - March 26£40
This is an invitation only, six-event tour comprising a maximum of 40 players who have previously qualified.
At the end of the Tour the bottom eight players eligible to play on the 2017-18 Tour will have to compete in the Junior play-offs in order to keep their position on the Premier Junior Tour. Any player who fails to compete in at least three Premier Tour events will not be eligible to play on next season’s tour. The final ranking list will be made up of the best five results.
Open only to pre-qualified players who are individual members and aged under 21 on 31st December, 2016
Six national ranking events
Day 1 matches best of 5 Frame Round-Robin followed by best of 5 Last 24 and Last 16 Knockout
Day 2 matches best of 7 frame KO.
Formats may change dependent on entries. Players receive ranking points from each Event (double points for event 6) with the best 5 events counting to the final rankings.

Prize money will be paid down to the quarter-finalists, dependent on entries.
In addition, 5% of entry fees will be put towards the EASB’s international players’ fund.
The highest ranked eligible players will join the Under 21 Champion in the World Under 21 Championship and will also be selected for the EBSA European Under 21 Championship and the Home Internationals Under 21 Championship. The highest ranked eligible players will also represent England in the World and European Under 18 Championship, to fill any places after the championship qualifiers. To be considered for international selection based on this Tour’s final rankings, players must have played in at least three events.
